In partnership with Dynamo Industries, the Community, Outreach, Diversity and Engagement (C.O.D.E) division works to provide new alternatives to those in need of a new direction. Our programs focus on enhancing God-given gifts, developing them into transferable skills across multiple industries. From manufacturing and marketing to creative arts, our programs are designed to:

• Offer more opportunities for job security and skill diversity in underrepresented and marginalized communities across Canada
